The arms are smaller than what we normally make. This Mini Turkish spindle is made from Leopardwood with a Hard Maple shaft weighs 9 grams the arms measure 2", the shaft is 4.25". the shafts have a small finial to hold the half hitch. These are for spinning very thin cobweb to lace weight yarns and are not intended as beginner spindles.
